7 Days Easy Returns

We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within this period.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
All original tags and labels must be attached
Item must be in its original packaging
No signs of wear, alterations, or damage

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Custom-made or personalized garments
• Items purchased during sale (unless defective)
• Innerwear and accessories (for hygiene reasons)
• Items without original tags or packaging

How to Initiate a Return

Get Approval

Our team will review your request and provide return instructions

Ship the Item

Pack the item securely and ship it to the provided address

Receive Refund

Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We're happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability. Exchange shipping is free for the first exchange.
